EO Gives Back

On July 1, 2010 by Team EO in INSIDE INFORMATION

The World has become a chemically complicated place, and there’s no getting around the fact, that the health of all things on it has suffered.  The Breast Cancer Fund has been a forerunner in helping to make sure the public is aware of what the dangers of the chemicals that surround them are, where to look for them, and most importantly suggesting ways to make safer choices at home, outside and in the beauty aisle.  EO Products is proud to stand behind them and offer our products in their events, such as Heroes Celebration, Climb Against the Odds, and the Annual Peak Hike.

On April 27, the Breast Cancer Fund recognized four extraordinary Heroes who are helping us make prevention possible.  Their heroes were, Sarah Janssen, physician and scientist; Jeff Cresswell and Michelle Kalberer, owners of Klean Kanteen; and Annie Leonard, creator of The Story of Stuff.

On June 15, 2010, a national team of 26 women and men, breast cancer survivors and individuals touched by the disease, climbed Mt. Shasta with the Breast Cancer Fund’s Climb Against the Odds, a mountain expedition for breast cancer prevention.

On Sunday, September 26, 2010, join Breast Cancer Fund for Peak Hike, their annual fundraising hike and healthy-living expo to help stop breast cancer before it starts.  Walk through Northern California’s beautiful Marin Headlands around Mt. Tamalpais, to help with the Breast Cancer Fund’s mission to identify and eliminate the environmental causes of the disease.

EO Products invites you to their website to learn more about The Breast Cancer Fund, and to see what they have to offer in ways of information about prevention, knowledge about what is out there, and inspiration to living a healthy more natural life.
